It is a larger species in the cockroach family, commonly known as the American cockroach. Native to Africa, but now widely distributed around the world with human activities, especially in warm and humid environments. The body length is about 40-50 millimeters, with a reddish brown outer shell and long antennae. Wings are well-developed and able to fly, but tend to crawl. Known for its strong survival ability and adaptability, it can survive under extreme conditions, such as one month without food and one week without water. In the environment where humans live, they are usually considered pests and may contaminate food and spread diseases
